The existing buildings on the site are predominantly low-rise. With the exception of Zhongxiao Building, which is a four-story structure, most buildings are one to two stories in height, resulting in an overall low development intensity. Canopies are installed at the swimming pool and the mountain training area to provide shade for outdoor activities.
Current building uses include administrative offices, spaces for park activities, food and retail services, and accommodation facilities.
